Standard turnaround times are 14 business days.
Due to COVID-19, all shipments may experience a 5-7 business day delay
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days (from the date you receive the items) of receipt for most items in new condition.
At this time we don’t offer refunds, but will offer Store Credit in place of refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Gift Cards, Swimsuit, lingerie,bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories

Refunds will only be given for items received defective OR if items were never received. Proof from USPS must be provided in this event.

Note: The original shipping fee and return insurance are non-refundable. We don’t have a free return label to return the order If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can provide an exchange on an exact product match. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Nicole Michelle Collection, 400 N Ashely Dr, #1900, Tampa, Fl 33602, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
